If you receive the error "-310,"system error: memory corrupt: license counters were reset', then reboot the mainframe and the condition will be corrected. On the front panel to see the number of messages and use the knob to scroll if there is more than one. Refer to the 34980A front panel and note if there are any errors (the ERROR light will be on in the display). Note: For 34945A, remember to connect the 34945EXT to the 34945A before doing the firmware update. After this is completed, exit the update utility.DO NOT cycle or interrupt power to the 34980A during the update process. After the first reboot, some modules in the frame may also be automatically updated, and then the frame will reboot again. NOTE: This update will take several minutes and the 34980A will display status messages and automatically reboot when completed.
